You will break out your problem into a tree
of choice criteria to be taken into account : costs, lead time, strategy,
technical aspects. You might also want to use the Functional Analysis
from TDC Need.
You and all the persons concerned will give a priority order to
these criteria comparing them 2 by 2. TDC Choice will ensure the
priority consistency.
It will then allow (in a chart) to tally, to analyze and
evaluate each considered solution. The answer synthesis
added to your need will allow the identification of the best solution.
